We offer our Pure Vermont Maple Syrup in four different grades and in three different containers:
The Vermont Sugar Makers Association Tin, the Brown Plastic Bacon Jug, Glass and Specialty Glass

Vermont Fancy Grade ~ Light Amber Color,
Delicate Maple Bouquet Delightfully mild maple flavor,
excellent on ice cream or on foods which permit it's subtle flavor to be appreciated.

Grade A Medium Amber ~ Medium Amber Color,
Distinct Maple Bouquet.
Most popular for table and all around use.

Grade A Dark Amber ~ Dark Amber Color,
Robust Maple Bouquet.
Heartier maple flavor, also very popular for table and all around use.

Grade B ~ Strongest and Darkest Maple Syrup.
Some folks prefer this syrup for the table and it's stronger maple flavor makes it,
The best grade for cooking.
